The Burnet Gunfighters Inc. was federally incorporated on November 29, 2001 by "Sheriff" Tex Copsetta as a 501C (Not for Profit Organization). The Burnet Gunfighters were founded as a volunteer organization dedicated to performing gunfight reenactments as a community service to the City of Burnet. Our Gunfights attract both local residents and tourists from all over the world. Typically visitors number from 200 to 600 people. Many tourists come to Burnet aboard the Austin Steam Train known as the "Hill Country Flyer" (for more information visit www.austinsteamtrain.org or call 512-477-8468)

We perform at special events and fund raisers for local organizations. Burnet Gunfighters are volunteers. There are no charges for our services. Donations are appreciated and the proceeds from our activities have provided support for many deserving Charities. All donations are tax deductable.

Show times are at approximately 1:30 PM on Saturdays from January through May and from September through November. On the first two Saturdays in December there is a train robbery and a gunfight starting at approximately 2:00 PM.

All times and dates are subject to change, so, please check our facebook page or call
512-756-1872 to confirm.

One of the most popular parts of our gunfights is the "Choose-a-Flooze" program which allows any girls of a certain age (12-108 years old) to be saloon girls in our show. We have dresses for just about any size lady.

At the beginning of our show we have a brief presentation and demonstration on gun safety. We want to impress upon the youngsters (1-108 years old) that guns are dangerous and should never ever be played with. Our gunfighters are trained experts.

We use a variety of six-shooters of .45 .44 .44-40 and .38 calibre. We use a maximum load of black powder blanks which makes our gunfights loud and very exciting!

Our shows are designed to be entertaining for all ages.

WE HOPE TO SEE Y'ALL SOON
